Back to Yourself is a guided immersive dance experience built around a curated soundtrack spanning house, trance, drum & bass, 80s and 90s pop, acoustic and cinematic tracks. The evening opens with a cacao circle, moves into around two hours of free movement with gentle prompts from the host, then winds down with guided relaxation. It finishes with tea or a mocktail, cake and conversation. No dance experience is needed; the event is for ages 18+.
