About
The workshop teaches two styles of cinnamon bun, from mixing and shaping enriched dough to filling, proving and baking.
Participants make a box of buns to take home and practise the techniques needed to repeat the recipes in their own kitchen. Paul Raddan teaches the course. Ingredients, equipment, refreshments and an apron for class use are provided.
