Cheese & Pickle Making & Gourmet Lunch Workshop
About
A full-day hands-on workshop in Saxby All Saints learning to make two cheeses, pickle and artisan crackers, with a wild-inspired gourmet lunch.
Wild Food Wisdom hosts a relaxed, hands-on day in their rural North Lincolnshire kitchen covering traditional cheesemaking, preserving and seasonal cooking. Participants make two fresh cheeses, a homemade seasonal pickle and artisan crackers, guided by professional foragers who are members of the Association of Foragers. The day runs from a 10am start (arrival from 9.45am) to a 4pm finish and includes welcome refreshments, an amuse bouche and a wild-inspired gourmet lunch featuring the cheeses and seasonal pickles. Everyone leaves with their handmade creations, recipes and guidance to recreate the dishes at home.
