FLOAT - Sound Healing on Water!

A sound healing session at Hilton Bournemouth where participants float on beds in the pool while a sound healer plays crystal bowls and gongs.

Hosted by R1SE Bournemouth, the evening begins in the spa relaxation lounge before sound healer Sarah introduces the session and its benefits. Participants are then supported onto floating beds in the pool for a 60–75 minute sound journey featuring crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments. The session ends back in the lounge with herbal tea and a goodie bag, finishing around 9:15 pm. The event is not suitable for people with severe tinnitus, pacemakers, pregnancy, epilepsy and certain other conditions.
