The Floating Frequency

A floating sound bath at Clarity Pool, where participants lie on floating beds amid crystal bowls and gongs, with an optional swim afterwards.

Participants lie on floating beds suspended over warm water while sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs and other healing instruments plays around them. The session lasts around an hour, with the option afterwards to swim and cool down in the warm pool for half an hour. Organisers suggest it suits those seeking deep rest, nervous system reset or emotional release, and note it is not suitable for first-trimester pregnancy, pacemaker users or those with sound-induced epilepsy.
