Tai Chi at Saltdean Lido - Martial Arts for Beginners

A friendly drop-in Wudang Tai Chi class for all levels, taught by Steve Wilkins in the Serenity Room at Saltdean Lido.

This hour-long Wudang Tai Chi class at Saltdean Lido welcomes all levels, with no previous experience required. Sessions run on Tuesday and Friday mornings in the Serenity Room upstairs, and are drop-in with payment on the door or prebooking via Eventbrite. Classes are taught by Steve Wilkins, a Wudang Tai Chi practitioner of over 40 years who trained with master Cheng Tin Hung under Dan Docherty.
