An expert-guided walk explores Sherwood’s standing deadwood, the wildlife it supports and the ecology of ancient oak woodland.
The outdoor walk meets outside the Visitor Centre shop. The route is likely unsuitable for wheelchair users and dogs are not permitted. Toilets are available at the start; the Visitor Centre will be open on return. The published session is 09:30–11:00 on 28 November 2026.
