Heart Healing: A Monthly Sound Journey with Sing To Heal

A monthly Sound Reiki group healing evening at St John's Place in Bemerton, guided by Lilli Badcock for those dealing with grief, stress or emotional overwhelm.

This monthly evening session offers a Sound Reiki group healing experience aimed at people seeking support with grief, stress and emotional overwhelm. Doors open at 6:45 PM, with arrival and settling-in from 7:00 PM before Lilli Badcock guides participants through breathing and visualisation exercises followed by the Sound Reiki itself, which uses sound vibrations to help release trapped emotions. The session closes with a guided grounding process, finishing at 9:00 PM. The event is open to all aged 16 and over, whether new to meditation or experienced, with ten blow-up mattresses available for the first ten bookings each month.
