Immersive Gong Bath

A monthly immersive gong bath at Mursley Village Hall, using multiple large therapeutic gongs for deep relaxation and sound meditation.

Inneflow hosts a monthly immersive multi-gong bath on the third Friday of each month at Mursley Village Hall. Participants lie on provided mats while multiple large therapeutic gongs create an hour-long environment of vibration, resonance and sound, intended to encourage deep relaxation and mental stillness. No experience is needed; attendees should bring cushions, a blanket and water. The session is facilitated by Shon Ross of Inneflow, a sound therapy practitioner trained in Don Conreaux's gong methods. Sessions are for ages 18+, or 16+ with a parent, with some health exclusions advised.
