Bedford Immersive Gong Baths

An afternoon immersive gong bath with a multi-gong setup in the church hall at Kempston, hosted by sound therapist Shon Ross of Inneflow.

Inneflow hosts an immersive gong bath in the adjoining hall of the Church of the Transfiguration in Kempston. Doors open at 3pm, with the session running from 3.15pm to 4.15pm, followed by quiet integration and grounding. A multi-gong setup uses the hall's natural acoustics to create layered harmonic sound intended to support relaxation and stillness. Yoga mats are provided; attendees should bring a cushion, blanket and water. Sessions are pre-book only, primarily for adults 18+, with 16-17 year-olds welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
