About
A professionally led support group for people living with chronic pain, running monthly sessions on coping skills and wellbeing.
Pain Association Scotland's Dundee Group offers monthly sessions for people with all forms of chronic pain, led by pain and wellbeing coaches. The 2026 programme covers topics such as pacing, self-soothing, understanding pain, stress, fatigue and resilience, alternating between in-person meetings at The Steeple Church and online Zoom sessions. The 17 November session, Meaningful Movement, takes place online, while the 15 December session, Building Resilience, meets at the church. Attendance is open to all without referral, and participants can join at any point in the programme.
