Restorative Sound Bath

A one-hour group sound bath at Rubys Refuge using crystal singing bowls to promote deep relaxation and stress relief.

This gentle, immersive session begins with a short grounding meditation before moving into a sustained journey of live sound using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound tools. Participants lie down for most of the hour as the vibrations work with the body and nervous system to release tension and quiet the mind. No previous experience of meditation or sound baths is needed; attendees bring their own yoga mat, blanket and pillow to rest comfortably.
