Polymer (Clay) Pumpkin Carving with Jed Buttress

A two-hour Halloween workshop at Cobalt Studios where participants sculpt and carve pumpkin-inspired forms from polymer clay with Jed Buttress.

This seasonal session, part of Cobalt Studios' Learn & Do collection, teaches participants to sculpt small pumpkin-inspired forms using polymer clay, adding expressive carved faces and surface textures. Basic clay handling and simple carving tools are introduced, with no prior sculpting experience needed. The workshop is delivered by Creative Workshops NE CIC, a not-for-profit focused on wellbeing through art for communities including queer, neurodiverse and low-income groups.
