World Building & Map Making with Mark Bletcher

A creative workshop exploring fantasy world-building through map making, led by Mark Bletcher at Cobalt Studios.

This creative session explores world-building through map making as an art form. Using real and fantasy examples, participants are given tools and a helpful structure to begin creating fantasy worlds through maps. The workshop is open to anyone interested in fantasy worlds, and the maps created can serve as props for collaborative games like D&D or solo writing. It is delivered by Creative Workshops NE CIC, a not-for-profit company focusing on wellbeing outcomes through art.
