Breath & Sound with Fay and Lorena

A 90-minute in-person breathwork session with conscious connected breathing, guided by Lorena and accompanied by a sound bath from Fay.

This session offers participants the choice to explore breathwork or deepen their practice through conscious connected breathwork. Lorena opens with intention-setting and an explanation of the technique, which aims to release stagnant emotional and energetic patterns and support stress relief and grounded presence. Fay accompanies the practice with a sound bath, selecting instruments to deepen the experience. The session lasts 90 minutes and is held in person at Cobalt Studios.
