Self-Trust & Abundance 9D Breathwork Journey

A guided 9D breathwork session at PLATFORM Gallery in Crewe focused on self-trust and abundance, led by facilitator Melanie McDevitt.

This two-hour workshop centres on a 72-minute 9D Breathwork journey combining dynamic breathing, 432Hz binaural beats, guided hypnosis and sound frequencies, with Reiki support from facilitator Melanie McDevitt. The session aims to address self-doubt and scarcity thinking through active breathing, breath holds and emotional release. It closes with time for grounding, reflection and integration, and is limited to 12 participants. Health precautions apply and a liability waiver must be signed before taking part.
