This course introduces learners to the foundations of corset and corset-inspired bodice making. Students will learn to understand the key differences between traditional and modern bodices and apply multiple drafting techniques to achieve accurate shaping. The course includes an opportunity to visit some historical corsets and involves working on an individual styled pattern.
