Halloween Sound Bath with Nicole Harley

A Samhain sound bath with blue lotus tea, oracle cards and journalling at Margate Yoga Studio.

This Halloween session marks the start of the dark half of the year with a ceremony of blue lotus tea, a drink used ceremonially since Ancient Egypt. Participants use oracle cards and journalling prompts before lying down for a sound bath of gongs, voices, chimes and bowls, described as a liminal, hypnagogic state between waking and sleeping. Blue lotus tea is included and attendees are asked to bring comfort items and an open mind. The session runs one hour.
