Heels Choreography & Performance Workshops (DSL)

Monthly heels dance workshops for adults confident in heels fundamentals, learning new choreography while developing stage presence, expression and confidence.

These monthly evening workshops are aimed at adults who already know the fundamentals of heels dance and want to turn technique into performance. Each session teaches a new choreography while working on stage presence, expression, musicality and confidence in a supportive environment. Participants should bring comfortable clothing, heels and knee pads; sessions run for one hour in Studio 3 and must be booked in advance.
