Marlborough Ecstatic Dance & Cacao: The Divine Feminine

An over-18s ecstatic dance journey with a cacao ceremony, meditation and mini sound bath on the theme of the Divine Feminine.

An ecstatic dance evening themed on the Divine Feminine, hosted by Ecstatic Dance Berkshire. Doors open at 6:50pm for silent entry and an in-circle meditation, followed at 7pm by a centring practice and cacao ceremony with gratitude and intention setting. The movement journey uses an eclectic, intuitively chosen playlist, closing with a mini sound bath, a closing circle with fruit and optional socialising. The session is sober, over-18s only, with no chat or shoes on the dancefloor.
