About
A cacao-fuelled conscious dance evening with ceremonial cacao and free-form movement through silent disco headphones.
Silent Soul Dance is a 90-minute evening combining a ceremonial cacao ritual with guided free-form conscious dance, with music delivered through silent disco headphones. Organisers describe it as a chance to move intuitively, release stress and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming space. No dance experience is needed; participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes.
