Transformation Within: A Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey

A guided conscious connected breathwork session at Storey’s Field Centre, combining pranayama, intention-setting and a group breath journey.

This two-hour workshop invites participants to turn inward through guided breath. Lisa opens with a check-in and pranayama practice, after which attendees set intentions before being led on a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey in mind, body and spirit. The session closes with relaxation to integrate the experience, and participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water.
