Free Intro to Self-Defence for Women & Girls – Eastleigh

A free 90-minute hands-on self-defence and personal safety workshop for women and girls aged 12+, funded by the National Lottery.

Ignite Your Power CIC runs this introductory self-defence session as Workshop 1 of 2 in its National Lottery-funded Warrior Project, which aims to deliver 60 free workshops across Hampshire. Over 90 minutes, participants learn to trust their intuition, set boundaries, use assertive communication and de-escalation, and practise defensive stances and escapes from common standing grabs. The session is for ladies and girls aged 12+ only, with an optional Q&A afterwards offering personalised advice from a female instructor.
