Intro to Self-Defence for Women & Girls – Winchester

A hands-on Self-Defence & Personal Safety Workshop designed to help women and girls build confidence and practical skills.

This workshop is part of the Warrior Project, a National Lottery-funded initiative by Ignite Your Power CIC. Participants will learn essential standing defence techniques, defensive stance, and foundational movement. The session covers topics such as setting clear boundaries, understanding personal space, and escaping common standing grabs. The workshop is designed to be supportive and judgement-free.
