FREE Ground Based Self-Defence for Women & Girls – Andover

A free 90-minute self-defence workshop for women and girls aged 12+, covering ground-based and weapon-attack defence techniques.

Ignite Your Power CIC runs this hands-on self-defence and personal safety workshop for women and girls aged 12 and over, the second in a two-part series under its National Lottery-funded Warrior Project. Over 90 minutes, participants revisit standing grab escapes from the first workshop and learn ground-based attack escapes, weapon attack awareness, assertive communication, de-escalation and defensive stance techniques. An optional Q&A afterwards offers personalised advice from the female instructor.
