About

A one-day reEquip teaching day for those in Christian ministry exploring power and leadership, led by Dr Mark Stirling.

reEquip is a day for those in pastoral ministry and adjacent roles, combining teaching, discussion and shared meals. Dr Mark Stirling, co-editor of 'Not So with You: Power and Leadership for the Church', leads three sessions covering a biblical theology of power and authority, the hidden ways power operates in church life, and practical safeguards such as accountability and plurality. The day runs from 9.30am with coffee and pastries through sessions, lunch and a Q&A, finishing at 3.30pm, with optional community prayers at 9am.
