Sound Bath for Wellbing

A relaxing 1 hour 10 minute in-person sound bath session at St Peter's Church, Henfield, designed to reduce stress and boost wellbeing.

Nature Works hosts a soothing sound bath session aimed at wellbeing, letting calming sounds and vibrations wash over participants to melt away stress. It takes place in the warm stone-floored church, and attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. The session lasts 1 hour 10 minutes and no experience is needed; under-14s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
