A five-hour winter afternoon at Perth Yoga Studio combining restorative yoga, 9D Breathwork and a sound healing journey.
This winter wellbeing afternoon runs for five hours and combines three practices with breaks for refreshments. It opens with an hour of gentle restorative yoga with Caroline Buchanan, followed by a one-hour 9D Breathwork session for stress and anxiety with Mark and Sadie, and closes with an immersive Sound Healing Journey from Ali Taylor featuring crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and gong. No experience is needed and complete beginners are welcome; attendees should bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle.
