Into Stillness - Practice & Integration

A restorative workshop combining breathwork, sound healing and Reiki to release tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Alice Anelli and Shadi Golshan lead a 75-minute restorative session beginning with an Aura-Soma cleansing ritual, followed by grounding and guided breathwork using nasal and open-mouth techniques. The practice transitions into an immersive sound healing experience with musical instruments, accompanied by Reiki and essential oils, closing in Savasana for stillness and integration. Gentle alternatives are offered and all practices are optional.
