Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing - Autumn 2026

A guided restorative yoga and sound bath session combining somatic movement, meditation and Tibetan singing bowls for deep relaxation.

Guided by Laura Penneycard and Maura Barber-Oosterhuis, this session combines gentle somatic movements and restorative yoga with a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls, wind gongs and percussive instruments. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and to wear layers for warmth. The session runs from 10am to 11.45am and is aimed at promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction and nervous system restoration.
