Luna Qigong & Gong Immersion

An evening of gentle Qigong, breathwork and a restorative gong sound immersion hosted by Shaney Barton at Arts Centre Washington.

This workshop-style evening combines gentle guided Qigong, tapping, grounding and breath practices with an extended gong and immersive sound journey featuring a 42-inch Universe Gong and other instruments. Inspired by the phases of the Moon, the session invites deep relaxation and reflection, closing with herbal tea and integration time. Suitable for ages 16+, with movement practised seated or standing; not advised during the first trimester of pregnancy.
