The Reset: Group Ear Acupuncture (NADA) For Stress Management

After settling into a calm room with soft music, five tiny single-use needles are placed on each ear, and participants then sit or lie quietly for 30-40 minutes while their nervous system shifts out of 'fight or flight'. No talking, sharing or prior experience is needed; the session lasts about an hour and is open to adults aged 18+.
