Find Your Passion – Autumnal Willow Lanterns

A hands-on willow lantern-making workshop at Wakefield Museum, with autumn-inspired tissue paper decoration, open to all abilities.

Wakefield Museum hosts a creative workshop where participants craft a willow lantern decorated with vibrant tissue paper, taking inspiration from autumn colours and woodland creatures. The session offers step-by-step guidance and is suitable for all abilities with no previous experience needed. Two sessions run on the same day, each lasting two hours, in the Learning Zone inside Wakefield Library on the upper ground floor of Wakefield One.
