A practical one-day coaching workshop for school leaders and coaches, led by Leonie Hurrell at Countess Wear Community School.
This full-day workshop from South West Institute for Teaching is aimed at school leaders, middle leaders, mentors and staff with coaching responsibilities. Through guided reflection, real-world scenarios and live coaching practice with feedback, participants explore coaching tools and models, effective questioning and 'clean language' techniques, and how coaching can support staff development and challenging conversations. The session is led by Leonie Hurrell, an ILM Certified Leadership Coach and founder of The Thinking Academy, and is limited to 18 delegates.
