About
A Kent Wildlife Trust study day introducing beaver ecology and field signs, with an afternoon outdoor beaver survey training session.
Kent Wildlife Trust runs this introductory study day on European beavers in the UK, combining a morning workshop presentation on beaver ecology, field signs and survey methods with an afternoon outdoor beaver survey training session. Participants learn to identify beavers, find field signs and record surveys, and can go on to join the Kent Beaver Citizen Science Programme. The course is delivered by Ben Morris MSc, Senior Field Officer for The Beaver Trust, and is suitable for beginners and improvers.
