Clydebuilt Puppet Theatre performs a puppet adaptation of the Grimm tale The Elves and the Shoemaker at the Scottish Mask & Puppet Centre.
Clydebuilt Puppet Theatre retells the Grimm tale of a poor shoemaker who, down to his last pair of shoes and unable to pay his rent, is helped by two mischievous elves to make some unusual shoes. The show uses elf puppets, objects and plenty of shoes, and runs for about an hour. A colour-in and cut-out puppet and mask craft activity takes place in the cafe from 1pm, with materials provided.
