The Witch And The Egg

A family shadow puppet show about a lonely witch who finds an egg, adapted from Madeleine Edmondson's book 'The Witch's Egg'.

One performer and a flock of shadow puppets tell the story of a lonely old witch who finds an egg and must decide whether to eat it or hatch it. The hour-long show uses humour and audience engagement in an adaptation of Madeleine Edmondson's book 'The Witch's Egg'. Craft activity kits with colour-in puppets and masks are available in the cafe an hour before and after each show for £2.50 each.
