Wild Alchemy – Medicinal Music: Cosmic Sound Journey with Yoga and Breathwork

A cosmic sound journey combining live music, guided kundalini yoga, and breathwork to help attendees unwind and reconnect with themselves.

Participants will immerse themselves in a live, evolving soundscape featuring improvised guitar and vocals, chimes, dulcimer, and singing bowls. The session includes guided kundalini yoga and breathwork, inviting attendees to reconnect with their body and settle their mind. No prior musical or yoga experience is necessary for participation.
