Henlow Song and Sound Bath

An hour-long intuitive sound bath with voice, Light Language, shamanic drum and crystal bowls at Henlow Parish Hall.

Rae-Anna Wright leads an hour of intuitive sound, using her voice in what she calls Light Language, plus a shamanic drum and alchemy crystal quartz sound bowls. The session opens with a non-religious prayer and short guided meditation, moves into intentional sound, and closes with gratitude and a closing prayer. Attendees are asked to bring a mat, blanket and water bottle and set up a comfortable space to lie down; doors open at 7:15pm and latecomers are refused entry.
