Tai Chi Intermediate

A weekly intermediate-level Tai Chi class for adults, refining sequences, posture and balance in a supportive group.

A weekly intermediate Tai Chi class at ARC for adults aged 18 and over, building on existing practice of the long form. Each one-hour session opens with a moment of stillness, then warm-up exercises and guided practice refining sequences, posture, balance and coordination, and closes with breathing and relaxation. Led by qualified instructor Tracey, often alongside her sister Claire, the class is low-impact and adaptable for people with additional mobility requirements.
