A Deeply Restorative Floating Gong-Bath - Staveley, Chesterfield

A one-hour floating gong bath at the Healthy Living Centre, where participants lie on floating beds while therapeutic gong sounds wash over them.

This session offers a sensory sound treatment combining gongs, sounds and stillness. Participants float on luxury floating beds on a warm pool, cocooned with blankets and lavender eye pillows, as therapeutic sound waves travel through the body. The experience is designed to quieten the mind and encourage deep meditative brainwave states, lasts one hour, and is open to ages 16+. No swimsuit is needed and help is given getting on and off the beds.
