Himalayan Sound Bath in Brockworth

A 2¼-hour Himalayan singing bowl sound bath session promoting relaxation and nervous system regulation, hosted by Om Live Breathe Yoga & Sound Therapy CIC.

Participants lie back while Himalayan singing bowls are played, their vibrations said to guide the body from a fight-or-flight state into a restorative rest-and-digest mode. The session runs about 2 hours 15 minutes and is open to ages 15+, with free parking at the venue. Organisers note the sessions are not recommended for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy or a pacemaker, or have recently undergone surgery.
