Sound Bath – Feb 2027

A sound bath at Cranleigh Arts with gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion.

The session uses gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering and water bottle. The listing credits “Jez Smith: Ancient Sacred Sounds.” It says sound baths are not generally recommended for people with heart conditions, seizures or epilepsy, or during the first trimester of pregnancy.
