The Art of Indian Block Printing

A hands-on Indian block printing workshop with designer Clare Wood, printing your own textile piece to take home.

A hands-on textile printing workshop led by designer and maker Clare Wood, introducing Indian block printing onto fabric using carved printing blocks and textile paints. Participants experiment with blocks, colours and repeat patterns before printing their own textile piece — choosing from a tote bag, tea towel or zip pouch — to take home. All materials are included, refreshments are available, and the session is suitable for complete beginners aged 16 and over.
