Monoprint Taster Workshop

A three-hour taster workshop introducing monoprinting techniques, using found and recycled objects to create layered prints.

This half-day workshop offers a hands-on introduction to monoprinting, exploring methods such as direct drawing, masking and positive/negative printing. Participants use found, natural and recycled objects, clingfilm and paper masks to make stencils and build up multi-layered prints to take home. All materials are provided, and the session is open to ages 14 and over, with under-18s accompanied by a paying adult. Tutor Jo Shearer, a Leicestershire-based artist and art educator, leads the session.
