Beef Wellington Class

Prepare and decorate a beef Wellington in a guided butchery and pastry class.

Wrap a prepared beef fillet in mushroom and shallot mixture, Parma ham and pastry, then decorate it with pastry cuttings. Each guest takes a large Wellington home with a recipe; the session includes a butchery demonstration and dinner with wine. The official class terms specify participants over18 and Challenge25 photo-ID checks. Dietary needs should be discussed with the organiser before booking.
