CWGC Tours 2026

A free 90-minute guided tour of the Commonwealth War Graves at Derby (Nottingham Road) Cemetery, led by a volunteer guide.

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission runs a free guided tour of Derby (Nottingham Road) Cemetery, led by an experienced volunteer guide. The tour covers the Commission's work and the stories of men and women commemorated there, including 194 First World War and 146 Second World War burials, with a war graves plot of 87 graves. The walk lasts about 90 minutes and covers roughly 1600 metres on paths and grass with uneven ground and slopes; attendees meet in the car park opposite Reginald Road South, not the main entrance.
