Improvers Crochet
About
A three-week Tuesday evening crochet course for people with basic skills, covering patterns, granny squares and textured stitches.
This three-week course at Attenborough Arts Centre is aimed at people who can already crochet but want to build confidence and learn more techniques. Over three Tuesday evening sessions, tutor Bonita Keay covers reading patterns and diagrams, making and joining granny squares, crochet flowers, the ripple pattern and textured stitches such as popcorn and bobble. The relaxed, participant-led structure includes worksheets, and attendees can get help with techniques and patterns of their own choosing. Recommended for ages 14+, with under-18s accompanied by a paying adult.
