About
A three-hour guided birdwatching walk around Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve observing autumn species, led by a reserve volunteer.
Kent Wildlife Trust runs a guided walk around Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve focusing on the bird species present in autumn. Led by one of the reserve's volunteer guides, the walk looks for woodland birds such as Goldcrest and Treecreeper, overwintering flocks of Siskin, and ducks including Shoveler, Gadwall, Pochard and Wigeon on the lakes, with chances of Snipe, Kingfisher and Water Rail. The walk lasts three hours and is recommended for ages 12 and over; binoculars and sturdy footwear are advised.
