Advanced Ballet (DSL)

A bi-weekly advanced adult ballet class for dance graduates, professionals and experienced dancers, taught by former professional ballerina Maddie.

This advanced adult ballet class is aimed at dance college graduates, working professional dancers and experienced community dancers who want to maintain and develop their technique, fitness and stamina. Classes move at a quicker pace with more intricate combinations and greater technical demands, challenging musicality, coordination, strength and stamina. Dancers with significant pointe experience may wear pointe shoes at the teacher's discretion. Sessions run bi-weekly on Thursday evenings in Studio 3 and must be booked in advance.
